Other dates upon request for a big group of teachers from same school which have been awarded funds. If interested in other dates please contact us

You can download course programmes and can also find more information in our website:http://www.cervantestraining.eu

If interested in a 5-day training course you are very welcome to attend from Monday to Friday to any of our courses, please just let us know.

To attend the course or courses, your school needs to submit a grant project application for you and your colleagues (the number of people applying for mobilities/courses depends on your school, which will get a fund of 70 Euro per training day per person- 490 Euros for our 7 day couses- 350 for 5 day training courses) per person through the grant project per preparation, and then other grant money for hotel/travel/course expenses).

Please find attached a pre-registration form for you to complete and send it us to us, together with some other guidelines on the new European Union Erasmus+ funding. We hope that these will be helpful and will answer most of the questions which you and your organization may have about the new grant system.

In these guidelines you will find a link to your National Agency. Please do visit your National Agency website in order to check more information concerned to your country final regulations.

Individual teachers can no longer apply for grants – schools and colleges can apply for funding for their teachers. That is why your director must know that you want to attend a course in Spain with Cervantes Training. If your school has worked in European Programmes or is willing to work under Erasmus + so please, ask your Director your institution PIC (the personal code which identifies your school in Europe. If your institution has not got any PIC yet, it is important that your school registers in ECAS (more explanation in attached file) and obtains their PIC. Once the registration in the Participant Portal is completed, your organisation will obtain a nine-digit PIC number. The PIC is a unique identifier which enables the organisation to take advantage of some features of the electronic application forms and will serve as a reference for the National or Executive Agency in any further correspondence with the applicant/beneficiary.

It is important that your institution is registered as soon as possible (it only takes about 15 minutes) so that your organisation can apply for funding online by 1st February 2018.

Your organisation will submit your project proposal to your National Agency and since this is the only deadline for courses taking place in the year from 1 June 2018 to 30 June 2019, or 2020 if it is a two-year project.

It would be a good idea to forward this mail to your colleagues in case anybody else in your school is interested in any of our courses. It does not have to be your same course- s. As there is no limitation –minimum or maximum, of the number of participants from each school/ institution and since KA1 individual mobility projects of your school will be applied though one single application form, we recommend you to pass on this information to your Head of School.

Once we receive your pre-registration form, signed and stamped from your institution, stating course-s, dates and number of participants together with your institution details and PIC number we will proceed to assist you in your school project proposal.

If you require further information please do not hesitate to contact us

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Cervantes Training Team
